2. Products Eligible for Return

• Is materially different from the product ordered.
• Contains a manufacturing defect attributable to R.K. Metal Crafts.
• Was supplied in the wrong specification due to an error on our part.
• Has an incorrect quantity due to a packing or dispatch error.

3. Return Request Period

Return or replacement requests should normally be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period may be considered at the discretion of R.K. Metal Crafts depending on the circumstances.

4. Products That Cannot Be Returned

Returns may not be accepted for products that:

• Have been used, modified, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Have been manufactured specifically to a customer's custom specification, unless the product has a manufacturing defect or was supplied incorrectly.
• Are returned without prior approval from R.K. Metal Crafts.
• Are damaged because of improper storage, handling, installation, or use.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photographs, videos, order details, product information, or other relevant evidence to assess the issue.

After reviewing the request, we may offer a replacement, correction, or refund depending on the nature of the issue and availability of the product.

6. Wrong Product or Incorrect Quantity

If you receive a product or quantity different from what was ordered due to an error by R.K. Metal Crafts, please contact us promptly.

After verification, we will work with the customer to arrange the appropriate replacement or correction.

7. Return Shipping

Where a return is required because of a manufacturing defect, incorrect product, or dispatch error attributable to R.K. Metal Crafts, we may arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs as appropriate.

If a return is requested for reasons unrelated to a defect or error by R.K. Metal Crafts, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

8. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the refund will generally be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected, where applicable.

The refund amount will depend on the approved return and the amount actually paid for the affected product.

9. Replacement

10. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible. Orders that have already entered production, customization, packing, or dispatch may not be cancellable.

For customized or specially manufactured products, cancellation conditions may depend on the stage of production.

11. Custom and Bulk Orders

Custom-manufactured, specially specified, or bulk orders may be subject to different return and cancellation conditions.

Customers are encouraged to confirm specifications, dimensions, quantities, material requirements, and other order details before production begins.

12. How to Request a Return

• Order or invoice number
• Product name
• Quantity affected
• Date of delivery
• Description of the issue
• Photographs or videos, where applicable

13. Inspection and Approval
